Some highlights from the February Team Report:

Development:

• Patent policy being discussed, needed for a Technical Board decision related to ffmpeg.
• cdrtools not to be shipped due to licensing issues
• Ubuntu docs are being integrated with Xubuntu docs.

LoCos:

• Cypriot Team gave a presentation at a high school and Ministry of Education
• German Team was involved in Global Bug Jam and gave workshops on Screen and IPv6.
• Irish Team participated in Global Bug Jam
• Romanian Team has a new planet design: http://planet.ubuntu.ro/
• Arizona Team was donated new servers, rack space, and Internet connnection. They also have a new website.
• Florida, Chicago, and Pennsylvania Teams also participated in Global Bug Jam.
