The wifey wanted to do the whole blog thing sometime last year.

I set her up with her own domain, her own WordPress blog on the hosting service I was using. After a couple months, she lost interest. But now she wants to do a different one. Ok with me. But she doesn’t want one with her own domain or host is herself (rather me hosting me). She wants a blogspot one. Say what?!? Apparently all her friends have one there…I tried to explain to her that I could set one up where she could pick out the design or get someone to design a cool one just for her, and not have one of the tacky blogspot themes. And that she would have complete control over it if she hosted it herself.

Nope, she wants blogspot.

Peer pressure. So this is how MySpace got so big.
