If the MD's can't get a handle on it, I really recommend letting a chiropractor see him. My dad, and an ex-girlfriend's dad both had this and they were able to get more relief from a good chiro than from a normal doctor. Unfortunately, in my experience, the difference between a good chiro and a bad chiro is larger than the difference between a good doctor and a bad doctor.
