		<description>listadmin would only be available to shell accounts, which isn't something you automatically give out to Mailman moderators. ;-)  On the other hand, if you correctly tune your MTA, you don't really have to worry about a massive number of discards. ;-)</description>

Anyone who does mailman moderation through the web UI, when listadmin exists, is either mad, or doesn't know about listadmin.
