Its been a minor pet peeve of mine that there wasn’t a more direct way of getting to the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter on the wiki.

A couple of weeks ago, I started doing whois lookups on various combinations of Ubuntu + news and noticed that Canonical already owned ubuntunews.org.

Following up that discovery with some conversations with Corey Burger and Gerry Carr, ubuntunews.org now redirects to the UWN summaries posted on the Fridge. Not exactly direct, but at least friendlier (IMO) than a https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter.
